A report published by the Energy and Climate Change Committee (ECC) has called on Government to be more straightforward about the impact that UK consumption is having on the world’s climate.
Its publication highlights the importance of building a robust recycling infrastructure in the UK. Since opening our plant, we have saved 1000s of tonnes of carbon by recycling plastic in the UK. We can deal with our own carbon footprint by mining the urban forest of the domestic household. Collecting this valuable resource which will stimulate the green economy and create jobs.
